NightFlight Pro is designed as a temporary, session-based data visualization tool. It retrieves and displays data from third-party services, including endpoint security tools, through authorized APIs.

We do not persist, store, or retain operational data displayed in the App. All such data exists only during an active user session and is discarded when the session ends.

2.1 Data Retrieved from Third-Party Services

With your authorization, the App may retrieve and display data from third-party services you connect, which may include:

  • Endpoint or device status information

  • Security-related metadata

  • System or account identifiers provided by the third-party service

This data:

  • Originates exclusively from third-party APIs

  • Is accessed only at the user’s direction

  • Is displayed in real time

  • Is not stored, logged, cached, or retained by the App

2.2 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not:

  • Store endpoint security data

  • Retain session content

  • Create historical records or reports

  • Sell personal information

  • Use data for advertising or profiling

3. Session-Based Processing Only

All operational data:

  • Exists only in volatile memory during an active session

  • Is discarded immediately when the App is closed, exited, or times out

  • Is never written to long-term storage or databases

4. Account and Billing Information

If you subscribe to the App:

  • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers

  • We do not store full payment card numbers or sensitive financial data

  • Limited account and billing metadata (e.g., subscription status, invoices) may be retained as required for:

  • Service operation

  • Accounting and tax compliance

  • Legal obligations

Information is used solely to:

  • Provide App functionality

However:

  • No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure

  • We do not control third-party service security

  • We are not responsible for incidents originating from third-party platforms

Except for limited account and billing records:

  • We do not archive session content

  • We do not maintain logs of displayed operational data

The App is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring proper authorization to access third-party data

  • Complying with applicable laws and third-party terms

  • Protecting credentials and access tokens

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
